How to make Pu'er ginger soup and ginger tea

The method of Pu'er ginger soup and ginger tea only requires a few simple steps, but it is rich in nutrition and should not be missed.

2. Since there was no brown sugar at home, I had to use rock sugar instead.

3. If you don’t have tea-making utensils at home, you can use bowls or basins.

4. Use an appropriate amount of tea leaves and the amount of water depends on personal preference. If you like strong tea, you can add more tea leaves or less water. (But consider not to use too little water, at least enough for one bowl)

5. Pour out the Pu'er tea brewed the first time, we need the tea brewed the second time! Then filter out the tea leaves! Tea is left.

6. Scrape the skin of the ginger and cut it into slices.

7. Add water to the pot and place the stand.

8. Put ginger slices and rock sugar into Pu'er tea and place it on the rack. Steam for 30 minutes. (Remember to put more water in the pot, after all, it takes 30 minutes to steam. Keep the heat high and pay attention to it at all times, otherwise it will be dangerous if the water dries up)

9. The finished product is as shown in the picture.

10. It will be effective only if you drink it slowly while it is hot.
