How to make homemade multi-grain rice dumplings

The importance of diet to people is self-evident. No one should be careless about it. If possible, it is healthier to cook at home. The method of making homemade multi-grain rice dumplings is very simple. Friends who want to be healthy but don’t have good cooking skills may wish to learn it.

1. Soak all the prepared ingredients in cold water overnight and set aside.

2. Soak the dried rice dumplings leaves in cold water for a while. After they are softened, boil them in hot water for 10 minutes, then take them out, wash them and set aside.

3. Hold the rice dumpling leaves into a funnel shape, but be careful not to leave a hole at the bottom.

4. Add the prepared grains into the rice dumplings evenly, fill it up and press it down with a spoon or chopsticks.

5. Wrap the ingredients inside with rice dumplings leaves.

6. Use the white thread to find a suitable position on the rice dumpling and wrap it around a few times to tie it up.

7. Soak the wrapped dumplings in cold water in a suitable large pot, and cook them together after all the dumplings are wrapped.

8. After wrapping the rice dumplings, boil the water over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 40 minutes until cooked.

9. When the rice dumplings are cooked, place them on a plate.

10. After removing the rice dumplings leaves, we can add some sugar and eat them.
