How to make shoe buns

Whether our diet is healthy or not is often directly related to our physical health. If you want to have a good body, you should not be lazy in normal times. For example, the method of shoe steamed buns is very simple, which is very suitable for those who are busy and don’t want to compromise.

1. Peel the dragon fruit and papaya, remove the core, wash and place on a plate for later use.

2. Blend dragon fruit and papaya into juice.

3. Mix the dragon fruit juice, yeast powder, sugar and olive oil until they melt, add to the flour, knead into dough, and place in a warm place to ferment until it is twice as large. Papaya and dragon fruit contain water themselves, so there is no need to add water. The papaya dough is finished in the same way.

4. Degas the dough and divide it into doughs of equal size.

5. Take one of the doughs and flatten it.

6. Cut into soles.

7. Take another portion of dough and roll it into a long strip.

8. Use the same method to roll the dragon fruit into long strips of the same size to make the shoe uppers.

9. Take a piece of red-heart dragon fruit and roll it into an oval shape.

10. Cut off one third and use the rest as the shoe upper.

11. Dip the edge of the sole in water and stick the prepared upper on.

12. Dip the edge of the shoe upper in water and slowly cover it starting from the toe.

13. Cut the papaya dough into rabbit heads.

14. Cut the seaweed into eyes, trim the excess parts, and the shoe buns are ready.

15. A pair of shoes and steamed buns.

16. Put the food into the pot with cold water, steam it for 20 minutes after the water starts to boil, and then simmer it for 3 minutes.

Eating out frequently can cause us to consume too much seasoning, which is bad for our health. The method of making shoe steamed buns is simple and requires very little seasoning.
