Divide the prepared egg yolk paste into the required ratio, mine is about 2:1. 13. Add cocoa powder to the egg yolk paste and mix well. 14. Separate the whipped egg whites in the same way, then add them to the batter three times each and stir gently until evenly combined. 15. Pour the final cake batter into the mold as needed. I first poured in half of the cake batter with cocoa powder and gently shook it to level it. 16. Then pour in the solid color cake batter and shake it flat. 17. Finally, pour in the remaining cocoa cake batter and gently shake it again to remove the large bubbles. 18. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put the prepared cake batter into the oven immediately, on the middle and lower layers, bake for about 45 minutes, and take it out and turn it upside down. 19. Remove the mold after cooling.
