2. Soak the peanuts in clean water for half an hour

3. Put the whole pig's feet into cold water and boil. After the water boils, wash the pig's feet and remove the pig hair.

4. Boil the water for five minutes (to see how much dirt comes out)

5. Chop it in the middle. Put it in cold water

6. Boil the peanuts in boiling water for a few minutes (the boiled peanuts will not turn black when boiled again)

8. Wash the pig's feet with warm water, put them into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, and add the ingredients

9. Add peanuts and cooking wine

10. Add dark soy sauce for coloring

11. Add soy sauce to enhance the flavor

12. Add salt to taste

13. Add boiling water. Submerge the pig's feet

14. Turn on the "All/Horse Pork" button of the electric pressure cooker and select "Strong" for the flavor.

15. Do not open the lid after draining the valve, and simmer for another hour.
