How to make pickled cabbage and mung bean noodles

2. Wash and dice the celery and carrots

3. Fry the black sesame seeds and peanuts until cooked, remove the red skin and crush them with a knife

4. Cut the dried chili into sections, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, slice half of the garlic, and mince the other half

5. Pour the tea oil powder into a bowl and mix it into a paste with warm water

6. Heat the oil in a wok, add dried chili peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

7. Pour in the sauerkraut and stir fry

8. Add appropriate amount of boiling water or broth

9. Add noodles

10. After the noodles are fully cooked

11. Pour the ingredients from step 5 into the pot and stir evenly. Then pour in the ingredients from step 2 and cook until cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to taste.

12. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with minced garlic

13. Put a little cooking oil in a rice spoon, heat it up and pour it over the minced garlic.

14. Sprinkle appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and crushed peanuts, mix well and serve.
