1. Ingredients: 4 fresh oysters, 1 head of garlic, appropriate amount of red pepper and coriander, 1 tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce, Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Yiwei soy sauce or light soy sauce.

2. Clean the oysters carefully with a brush.
