How to make Beijing noodles

Cooking is a very happy thing. You can enjoy the delicious food you make yourself. Beijing noodles with soybean paste is a simple home-cooked dish that does not require high cooking skills. When making this dish, you only need to prepare simple seasonings. When it comes out of the pot, you will smell a strong aroma of the vegetable, which will make you salivate.

1. Chop the pork and ginger into fine pieces.

2. Mix the soybean paste and sweet noodle paste together, then add appropriate amount of water to dilute the paste.

3. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan, then pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

4. Add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste.

6. When bubbling, add soy sauce and sugar and stir well.

7. Reduce the heat and cook until the sauce thickens and the color becomes darker, then turn off the heat.

8. Boil water in a pot, add the noodles and use chopsticks to stir until cooked.

9. Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds and chop coriander.

10. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and top with carrots, cucumber and cilantro.

11. Pour the sauce on top and serve.
