Hawaiian Pizza Recipe

1. Sift the low powder and high powder and mix them in a basin

9. Thaw the mozzarella cheese and sweet corn kernels in advance (the cheese I bought was cut, if you buy a whole slice, you need to cut it into shreds)

10. The dough can be fermented to about 2 times its original size. If it is fermented too much, the crust will be too soft. I fermented it at room temperature for about 45 minutes.

11. Divide the dough into 4 portions, each portion can make a 6-inch pizza (I don’t have a pizza pan, only a 6-inch plate. If you have a 9-inch pizza pan, you can divide it into three portions. It’s difficult to control the ingredients for just one pizza. If you can’t eat it all at once, you can put the remaining dough in a plastic bag and freeze it. Next time you eat it, thaw it to room temperature and directly push it open to make a crust. It is recommended to use it as soon as possible.) Roll one portion of the dough into a thin pizza, roll out thick edges around it, and poke small holes in the middle with a fork.

12. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the crust and place sliced ​​ham evenly on it.

13. Put a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes (because I baked the fruit in advance, I baked them together. It turns out that it is better to bake the crust separately first, because the fruit will produce more water if it is baked for a long time)

14. Visit fruits, corn kernels, and diced green peppers

15. Finally, add a layer of mozzarella cheese. You can add cheese according to your personal taste.

16. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, take it out, turn it and push it in to bake at 200 degrees for another 5-7 minutes (turning the other side is for even heating and coloring. Adjust to 200 degrees and wait until the surface of the pizza is colored according to your personal oven conditions)

17. It’s done. Remove from the oven and serve.

18. Cut it with a knife and share it
