10. Finally, pour in the chicken liver, turn down the heat and start seasoning. Add some cooking wine, June fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, and sugar, then stir-fry over high heat.

11. At the end, you can draw a thin line, or you can leave it alone. Finish
