How to make low temperature fermented pizza crust

1. Prepare ingredients and weigh them.

2. Put the baking powder in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

3. Put high-gluten flour, sugar and salt into the container and mix well.

4. Add yeast water and knead into dough.

5. Add olive oil and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a cool place for 1 hour. (summer)

7. When the dough has fermented to twice its size, poke a hole in the middle without it collapsing.

8. Let the dough deflate and relax for 10 minutes.

9. Roll the dough into a round shape and place it on a greased pizza pan. Press around the edges with a spoon to make a pizza that is thick around the edges and thin in the middle.

10. Use a fork to poke some small holes in the pizza dough to avoid bubbles.

11. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200℃ in the middle layer for 7 minutes. After cooling down, put it into a fresh-keeping bag and store it in the refrigerator. You can take it out at any time.
