【Sautéed Zucchini with Sauce】

This dish is simple, does not require great knife skills, and has a rich and fragrant flavor. Just by adding a common seasoning, this dish of zucchini can be made fresh, crispy and tender, without a drop of soup left!

Production process:

1. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into dice;

2. Squeeze some sweet noodle sauce into a bowl, about two small spoons, add some salt and cold water to make it into a thin paste; prepare the dried red peppers, if you like spicy food, you can add a few more;

3. Blanch the zucchini in boiling water until the skin changes color, then remove it and rinse it with cold water to make it crispier and more tender;

4. Put a small spoonful of starch into a bowl and add appropriate amount of cold water to dissolve it. I use wild kudzu powder, but you can also use corn starch;

5. Pour a little olive oil into a pan, cut the dried red pepper in half, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant;

6. Pour in the sweet noodle sauce soup and stir-fry until bubbles appear;

7. Pour the drained zucchini into the pot and stir;

8. Stir the starch water again and pour it into the pot. When it bubbles and the sauce coats the zucchini, turn off the heat and serve.

【Pork belly fried potato chips】

Today I didn’t cut the potatoes into strips or cubes, but fried them with a few slices of pork belly. They were so fragrant! Especially the handful of leeks before serving, which really added color and fragrance! If I replaced it with green garlic, I think the taste would be even stronger!

Production process:

1. Peel and clean a large potato;

2. Cut potatoes into thin slices and chives into inch-long pieces;

3. Cut the pork belly with the skin on, it will be fragrant when fried and the meat will not shrink;

4. Pour a little oil into the wok, add the meat slices into the wok and stir-fry until the oil comes out.
