How to make pizza at home

The increasing pressure at work makes many people unwilling to cook for themselves. Of course, it is also related to the difficulty of cooking. In fact, not all dishes require complicated processes. There are many delicious home-cooked dishes that are very simple to make, such as making pizza at home.

1. Ingredients: onion (cut into shreds), cheese (slices or strips), green peas, corn kernels, shrimps (blanched in water in advance). Because I also want to make the New Orleans roast chicken flavor, I removed the chicken thighs in advance, cut them into small pieces, and marinated them with New Orleans roast chicken seasoning (at least 5 hours for better flavor).

2. First, brush a layer of oil on the pizza pan, then put the dough in, making it thin in the middle and slightly thicker around the edges, and then use a fork to poke some small holes in the dough.

3. Put the pizza sauce in the middle and apply it in circles outwards. You can add herbs and spices to the pizza. Then place some cheese sticks on the sauce, followed by shrimp and corn kernels, then shredded onions, and finally the remaining cheese sticks on top.

4. Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 230 degrees, middle and lower layer, for 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

5. To make pizza sauce, cut 600 grams of tomatoes into dices (I used homemade tomato sauce), 100 grams of onions into small dices, 4 cloves of garlic into minced pieces, 30 grams of butter, 6 grams of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of oregano (also called pizza grass), half a teaspoon of basil (also a spice, generally sold in larger supermarkets), and a tablespoon of sugar. If you like meat, you can add some diced chicken or beef. I added some diced chicken breast.

6. a. Specific frying process: Heat the wok and melt the butter. b. Add diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute (if adding diced meat, stir-fry the diced meat first, then add onion and minced garlic). c. Add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat until the tomatoes become soft and juicy. Then add sugar, black pepper, herb, and basil in turn and continue to stir-fry. d Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway to prevent the pot from getting burnt. e If there is too much water after cooking, turn to high heat to reduce the juice, add salt, stir-fry evenly and serve. If you can’t use up all the pizza sauce in one go, you can seal it and store it in the refrigerator and use it up within a week.
