If you like meat, you can add some diced chicken or beef. I added some diced chicken breast. 6. a. Specific frying process: Heat the wok and melt the butter. b. Add diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute (if adding diced meat, stir-fry the diced meat first, then add onion and minced garlic). c. Add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat until the tomatoes become soft and juicy. Then add sugar, black pepper, herb, and basil in turn and continue to stir-fry. d Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway to prevent the pot from getting burnt. e If there is too much water after cooking, turn to high heat to reduce the juice, add salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
