(1) Appetizer quail eggs

Ingredients: 500 grams of quail eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 coriander, 1 scallion, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

(2) Whitebait beef sauce

Ingredients: 300g whitebait, 150g beef filling, 1-2 tomatoes, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of cardamom powder, and chili powder.

(4) Stewed Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms, pork, onions, ginger, garlic, MSG, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, starch, cooking oil, and red peppers.

2. Chop the pork into small cubes, add appropriate amount of MSG, dark soy sauce and cooking wine, mix well and marinate; wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces; cut the tofu into small pieces; chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

8. Add appropriate amount of starch to water to make water starch for later use; chop red pepper and green onion.

9. After stewing for seven or eight minutes, add appropriate amount of water starch and stir evenly until the soup is thick. Don't make it too thick, it tastes better with a little soup.

10. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to season.

11. Add a little red pepper and mix it a few times. Add green onions to garnish after serving.
