When completely cool, divide into three equal parts (if you don’t have a cake divider at home and are worried about uneven cake division, you can use a toothpick to mark the edge of the cake at a small distance, and use a cake knife to divide along the toothpick position)

13. Pour the refrigerated whipped cream into a clean container, add appropriate amount of fine sugar and beat until ready for decorating.

14. Take a pan and pour in the coconut flakes and shredded coconut. Heat slowly over low heat. Gently rotate the pan to heat it evenly. The shredded coconut and the coconut flakes will gradually turn golden brown. This is when it is done (note that the fire must not be too high, and the pan must be rotated constantly during baking. This step can be done before whipping the cream).

15. Spread the cream on a piece of cake and smooth it out.

16. Spread raspberry jam on another cake slice (you can spread more jam, the sweet and sour taste and the rich cheese just neutralize the taste)

17. Overlap the cake slices coated with cream and jam in turn, and then apply cream on the surface (because it is not decorated on the surface, just slightly smooth the surface)

18. Finally, sprinkle the baked golden coconut flakes evenly on the cream cake, and the beautiful and charming cake is ready.
