How to make red bean paste bagels

Many people neglect their diet because they are too busy at work and just deal with it casually. In fact, we don’t need to spend too much energy to prepare a delicious dinner for ourselves, as long as we make the right choice. The method of making bean paste bagels does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket, first the milk and eggs, then the flour and salt, and dig a hole in the middle of the yeast.

2. Start the bread machine and knead until the dough forms a film.

3. Roll the dough into a ball and put it directly into the bread machine for the first fermentation.

4. Ferment until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. Fermentation is complete when you put your finger dipped in water and it does not shrink.

5. Prepare an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

6. Divide the dough into 9 small doughs, each weighing about 30g. Cover with plastic wrap and let relax for a few minutes.

7. Divide 15g of bean paste into 9 pieces and roll them into balls.

8. Flatten the small dough and put a red bean paste ball into it.

9. Pinch the opening tightly.

10. Place it with the seam facing down and flatten it with your hands.

11. Use a rolling dough to measure and roll it into long strips.

12. Use a knife to evenly cut strips in the middle without cutting off the two ends.

13. Roll up from bottom to top.

14. Roll into long strips.

15. Bend the two ends into a circle, open one end of the joint and wrap the other end in and pinch it tightly, and the donut is ready.

16. Finish all the doughs one by one, line the baking tray with greaseproof paper, and place the prepared bagels in at intervals.

17. Put it into the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, and close the oven door for the second fermentation.

18. Prepare whole egg liquid and cooked white sesame seeds.

19. Take out the fermented bread and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

20. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface.

21. Done!

22. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

23. Time is up, take out the bread!
