1. Peel off the larger outer leaves of the Chinese cabbage and cut off the thicker white part.

2. Blanch the leaves in boiling water to soften them

3. Put the meat filling into a bowl, add salt, chicken essence, pepper powder, soy sauce, chopped green onion and ginger, sesame oil, and starch, mix well and set aside

4. Place the blanched leaves on the cutting board and add the appropriate amount of marinated meat filling.

5. Roll up from the white part of the vegetable to cover the meat filling, and then use two layers of vegetable leaves to cover both sides of the meat filling.

6. Then roll it up from bottom to top.

7. Place the rolled cabbage and meat rolls on the plate one by one

8. Steam in cold water for 8 minutes and take out

9. Pour the steamed vegetable juice into a small bowl, add a little soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and starch and mix well.

10. Pour into the pot and cook until big bubbles appear.

11. Pour the prepared sauce over the cabbage rolls.
