1. Bamboo shoots are cold in nature and sweet in taste. They contain more crude fiber and are suitable for patients with severe gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastric bleeding, liver cirrhosis, esophageal varices, chronic enteritis and other diseases. Eating too many bamboo shoots can easily cause diarrhea, gastrointestinal cramps and other discomforts, so it is not advisable to eat too much.

2. People with autoimmune diseases, dermatitis and allergies: Bamboo shoots are considered "irritating foods" and can easily cause internal heat, phlegm, sores, allergies, or relapse of old diseases or aggravation of new diseases. These patients should not eat too much bamboo shoots.

3. Children under the age of 15 should be especially careful not to eat too much bamboo shoots.
