How to make whole wheat bread with coconut and grape syrup

1. Prepare the dough ingredients and weigh them.

2. Put the liquid in the bottom of the bread pan, add the flour on top, put the salt and sugar diagonally, and put the yeast in the middle. Start the bread machine and knead the dough. Add butter after 20 minutes.

3. Knead the dough and put it in a bread bucket in the greenhouse to ferment until it is twice as large.

4. Use flour on your hands to poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the dough does not shrink or collapse, it means it is fermented.

5. Degas the dough and put it into the mold for the second fermentation.

6. Prepare the coconut and grapes paste: melt the butter and milk in a water bath, remove from heat, add caster sugar, coconut flakes and grapes, mix well and set aside.

7. Take out the dough that has been fermented for the second time and make three cuts on it.

8. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Use a spoon to pour the coconut and grape juice over it.

9. Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 180℃ on the middle layer for 20 minutes. (Cover with tin foil after 10 minutes to prevent the color from getting too strong.)

10. Wow, the whole house is filled with the scent of coconut milk.
