How to make blueberry jam rolls

7. Roll it up carefully and gently

8. Pinch the closing part firmly

9. After cutting, put them into two 15cm×8cm molds

10. Place in a sealed environment at 38°C and 85% humidity for a second fermentation until it is twice as large.

11. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven)

12. Remove from the mold after baking, cool to hand temperature and seal for storage

13. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
