How to cook leeks

For animals, eat is a verb. But for us humans, it's not just that. When eating, there are many aspects to consider. It has to be delicious and good for the body. And if you can do it yourself, both aspects will be satisfied. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook leeks.

1. Clean the shrimps and peel them

16. Knead the flour into a dough of moderate hardness and let it rest for a while

18. Cut into dough pieces and roll into dumpling wrappers as shown above

20. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook until they float up. Add water a second time.

21. Serve the cooked dumplings on a plate and start eating! !
