How to make bread fall in love with cake

12. I forgot to take pictures when I posted this, so I omitted them. I sifted high-gluten flour on the surface of my bread. Preheat the oven in advance, 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remember to cover with tin foil.

13. This is the white sugar I added after brushing the surface with egg yolk liquid.

14. This is the high-gluten flour that I sifted directly without brushing with egg yolk liquid. It has a different flavor.

15. After cooling, cut it open and you will see the aroma of cake and blueberry jam inside. It is really soft and delicious.
