How to make Papaya Tremella Soup with Different Styles - JIARU

1. Soak white fungus, wolfberry, lotus seeds, red dates, etc. in advance for half an hour!

3. Boil water in a pot, first put in rock sugar to melt, then pour in the soaked white fungus, wolfberry, lotus seeds and red dates and cook together!

4. Boil for half an hour and set aside for later use!

5. Wash the papaya you bought and cut the upper half. You only need to cut it into one-third of the whole. Do not cut it in half, because if you cut it in half, it will not be able to hold much Tremella soup!

6. Use your hands to remove the seeds and rinse them.

7. Prepare a fruit knife, and remember to cut in a "V" shape, from the head of the papaya to the tail and then to the head!

8. Cut the upper part in the same way as the lower part, just like step 7!

9. After cutting into shapes, put them on a plate and pour in the cooked Tremella fuciformis soup!

11. Cover the upper half of the papaya, then cover the pot, and steam it for seven or eight minutes. It does not need to be steamed too long, as it will easily deform if steamed for too long!
