16. Insert a grape on the top for decoration. The pumpkin bun is ready.

17. Cover the raw dough with wet gauze and let it ferment for 20 minutes

18. Put the pumpkin buns that have been fermented with sugar into a steamer with a thin layer of oil, cover the lid tightly, steam over high heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait for about 3 minutes and then open the lid and take it out.
