3. Add 6 drops of lemon juice to the egg white, add 30 grams of sugar in 3 times and beat into sharp corners.

4. Beat the egg yolks, add salad oil, 35 grams of sugar, and spinach juice and mix well. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well without any particles.

5. Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk liquid and stir evenly.

6. Pour the mixed batter into the remaining meringue.

7. Stir evenly.

8. Pour it into the mold and shake it downwards from 10cm to remove large bubbles.

9. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 50 minutes.

10. After 50 minutes, take out and shake it twice, turn it upside down, let it cool and then remove it from the mold.

11. Perfect demoulding.
