8. Cover the bottom of the mold with oil paper to make it easier to demold. I use a solid mold here. Friends who don’t have a solid mold can use tin foil to wrap the edges and bottom of the movable bottom mold to prevent water from entering.

9. Pour the mixed lemon yogurt paste into the mold and shake it on the table a few times to make the small bubbles in the batter disappear. This will make the baked cake more delicate.

10. Prepare a baking tray and pour warm water into it. Water bath method.

11. Place the cake mold into the baking pan. Bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 60 minutes. It takes 60 minutes to be baked.

12. Out of the oven. The fragrant lemon scent filled the house.

13. Demoulding.

14. Cut into pieces and serve. It tastes better if refrigerated.
