How to make red velvet chiffon cake (6 inches)

7. Prepare to beat the egg whites. Beat at medium speed until large bubbles form. Add one third of white sugar.

8. Finally, add the remaining 2 times of sugar and the pointed hook will be ready.

9. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 5 minutes. If there is too much batter, it is not easy to mix it evenly. Use a spatula to mix half of the meringue into the egg yolk batter.

10. As shown in the picture, pour it into the other half of the meringue and mix well.

11. Pour into a 6-inch angel mold and gently drop it on the table twice until the bubbles on the surface disappear. Bake in the oven at 145 degrees for about 46 minutes.
