The simple version of rice cooker cake is a dish that many people like. You don’t need to prepare too many ingredients when making this dish. Simple ingredients can create an extraordinary delicacy. 1. Prepare the necessary materials and weigh them for use.

2. Put the cracked eggs in a large bowl without water or oil, pour all the sugar in, and start beating.

3. After beating for more than ten minutes, lines will appear. The beaten eggs should be fine if the egg mixture does not fall off easily when you lift them.

4. Pour the beaten eggs into the flour in three batches and stir. I was lazy so I didn’t filter the flour, so it took a little more time to stir. Friends, please filter the flour carefully.

5. After the flour is mixed, add oil and stir until evenly mixed.

6. Wipe dry the water from the rice cooker and pour in the batter. Cover the lid and let it sit for three minutes. Plug in the power and press the cooking function.

7. When the cooking function automatically switches to keep warm, press the cooking function again. The second time you cook, it switches to keep warm. Simmer for ten minutes and the cake is ready.

8. After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and cut it open. What a surprise! It is especially fluffy.

9. Once you take a bite, you can’t stop!
