Mix until butter and cranberries are completely blended into the dough. 5. After the basic fermentation is completed, the dough will double in size. 6. Take out the dough, press it to release the gas, and let it sit for ten minutes. Divide into thirds equally. After rolling each portion into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for a while to prevent shrinkage. 7. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long oval shape. Fold the two long sides inwards and then roll it up from top to bottom. 8. Roll up the three doughs and put them into the toast box. Carry out the second fermentation. I chose to use the oven to ferment. I put in a bowl of boiling water and then put the toast box on the baking rack to ferment for 40 minutes. 9. Apply a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough that has been fermented for the second time, and preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Set it for 40 minutes, then put the toast box down and bake until the surface is colored. Remember to cover it with a layer of tin foil to prevent the surface from being too brown. 10. After the bread is out of the oven, remove it from the mold while it is still hot and place it on a drying rack to cool. If the bread is not demoulded, there will be moisture on the outside. Just store it with plastic wrap. The oatmeal cranberry toast dish can be modified according to your own taste, making use of the seasoning to enhance the flavor.
