How to make spicy stewed vegetarian diced

1. Dice the lettuce and tofu, chop the chili and garlic, and cut the garlic sprouts into small sections.

2. Marinate the chopped lettuce with half a spoonful of salt for two minutes.

3. Boil water in a pot, add tofu and blanch for two minutes, then set aside.

4. Put a little oil in the wok and when the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

5. When the garlic is fragrant, add the chopped chili and the remaining salt and stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute.

6. Rinse the pickled lettuce with water to remove the salt, drain it, and put it into the fried chili peppers and stir-fry with the tofu.

7. Add the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add half a spoonful of chicken essence and 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and stir well.

8. Add seasoning and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add garlic sprouts, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

9. After the tofu is stewed, take a plate and put the fried tofu into the plate.
