1. Mix the ingredients evenly, ferment at room temperature for three to four hours or refrigerate overnight after half an hour at room temperature, mix whole wheat flour with water and let stand for three hours.

2. Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead until the expansion stage

3. Add butter and knead until fully kneaded. Roll into a ball and ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size.

4. After fermentation, deflate and round up, and let it rise for 20 minutes in the middle.

5. Roll it into a rectangle, then roll it up, put it into the mold with the seam facing down, and let it ferment until it is 80% full.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake on the bottom layer for 30-35 minutes, cover with tin foil to color during the process, remove from the mold after baking, and seal for storage
