As winter approaches, it’s time for stewing. The method of making four-color toast is simple and easy. After preparing the ingredients and condiments, you can stir-fry, add water, and slow-cook. 1. Knead all ingredients except salt and butter into a smooth dough.

2. Roll the dough into thousands of strips, add salt and butter and knead it like rubbing clothes.

3. After kneading, let it sit for a while. Mine only has a little film, and it would be better if it can be kneaded into a glove film.

4. Divide into four equal parts and add matcha powder, cocoa powder and chopped cranberries respectively.

5. Take another dough, roll it into a long strip and cover it with dried fruits.

6. Roll up from bottom to top.

7. Roll up the rest in the same way and put it into the mold to rise until it is 80% full. Oven 180/40 minutes.
