Put the baking tray into the oven for secondary fermentation until it is twice as large (as shown in the picture). I allocated the two baking trays like this: put the baking tray that is baked first on the upper layer of the oven, use the microwave to beat two cups of hot water for 2 minutes each and put them in the baking tray, then close the oven door. Put the baking tray to be baked later into the microwave and close the door. Because it is still warm from adding water, the second tray will be ready when the first tray is done. The secondary fermentation time is about 40 minutes. If the water changes temperature and it is not fermented well, heat it again. 24. Put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees on the middle layer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven when the surface turns golden brown. The flower-shaped ones are thinner and will turn yellow in about 12 minutes; the heart-shaped ones need 15 minutes.
