How to make fried noodle soup (longevity noodles)

As winter approaches, it’s time for some hotpot. Fried noodles (longevity noodles) are simple and easy to make. After preparing the ingredients and condiments, you can stir-fry, add water, and simmer. You can add salad oil, cooking wine, chicken essence, etc. according to your personal preference. 1. First, prepare the amount of noodles.

2. Blanch the noodles in boiling water once and add some water to soften them.

3. After adding cold water, let it sit for a few minutes to remove the saltiness, otherwise it will be too salty. You can adjust the time according to your personal taste.

4. I cut the carrots into strips and the chopped green onions into sections. It looks better, but you can decide whether to add them or not.
