1. After the minced pork is marinated with seasonings, add the minced salted egg yolk and mix well; marinate the shrimp with light soy sauce

5.2 Fold the dumpling wrapper in the middle and press it firmly

6. Place a fresh soybean on each side of the head.

7. Flip up the empty dough in the middle and stick it to the ridge of the fish dumpling, press firmly

8. Put some oil on the plate, put the dumplings on it, use a spray bottle to fill it with water, spray some water on the dumplings to prevent them from being too dry (if you use a steamer, you don’t need to spray water), and steam them on high heat for about 10 minutes

9. Although the clownfish dumplings are ugly, I think they are quite vivid, cute and have connotation...hahaha!
