How to make original cookies

We repeat the nine-to-five life every day, and we have no energy to cook after get off work. The original cookies are relatively simple to make. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. Prepare the ingredients and weigh the required amount

2. Soften the butter indoors in advance. If the indoor temperature is not high enough, you can soften it with hot water (add salt and powdered sugar). Remember that the softened butter cannot become liquid, otherwise it will be difficult to whip!

3. Start beating the butter with a whisk (first at medium-high speed, then at low speed). The whipped butter looks like the picture below (the butter is light yellow and you can see the texture)

4. Add egg yolk and continue beating

5. Beat until you can see very clear textures, as shown below

6. Put the low flour and almond flour into the flour sieve and sift into the whipped butter. Stir with a spatula (remember not to stir in circles, stir from the bottom up, so that the low flour will not easily become glutenous). Stir until you can no longer see the low flour.

7. Put the stirred butter dough into the piping bag with a spatula.

8. Start to exhaust the air in the piping bag (pinch the mouth of the piping bag with your right hand, just like twisting a dough stick), as shown below

9. All the air in the piping bag needs to be expelled, and the bottom of the piping bag should look full when it is twisted.

10. Preheat the oven first: upper and lower tubes 180℃, 10min.

11. Start squeezing out flower shapes while the oven is preheating.

12. Put the lower end of the piping bag into the piping nozzle (I use an 8-hole piping nozzle). Squeeze the piping bag vertically. Hold the lower end with your left hand and tighten the top with your right hand.

13. A very important step: wait until the butter ball is about 3 cm long before you start squeezing out flower shapes (as shown in the length in the picture above).

14. Don’t squeeze in circles. Lift the piping nozzle vertically to the left and then to the right, then upward to the center, and the flower pattern will come out (a medium-sized shape will be fine, a too large one will be difficult to bake).

16. After the oven is preheated, put the squeezed cookies into the middle layer of the oven. The upper tube is 180°C and the lower tube is 170°C. Bake for 20 minutes.

17. After the cookies are baked, they can be taken out of the oven and placed on a plate

Aren’t original cookies simple and easy to learn? When preparing dishes, pay attention to the seasoning and add the right amount of soy sauce to avoid overly strong flavor.
