12. Take one portion of the dough (300g) and roll it into a rectangular shape.

13. Roll up from top to bottom and close the hem

14. Place in non-stick baking sheet

15. Cover the surface with a warm cloth and let it ferment until it doubles in size

16. Divide the other 300g dough into six equal portions

17. After rolling twice, put it into small toast mold

18. Cover the surface with a warm cloth and let it ferment until it doubles in size

19.445g dough cut into 9 equal portions

20. Roll into a square mold

21. Cover the surface with a warm cloth and let it ferment until it doubles in size

22. Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Bake for 30 minutes for 300 grams of dough and 35 minutes for 445 grams of dough
