Take a piece of horsetail grass or cotton thread to tie the rice dumplings tightly. The triangular rice dumplings are ready. 17. All the rice dumplings have been wrapped. 18. Put the wrapped rice dumplings into the pressure cooker. Add an appropriate amount of cold water, enough to completely submerge the rice dumplings. You can put heavy objects on the rice dumplings to ensure that they are completely immersed in water. Put the pressure cooker on high heat and cook for 30 minutes after it starts to boil. 19. After turning off the heat, simmer for another 30 minutes. This ensures that the rice dumplings are fully cooked and not undercooked. The cooked rice dumplings are particularly fragrant, and the green rice leaves are particularly appetizing. 20.
