2. Put the zong leaves into the pot with cold water and boil for half an hour to let the fragrance of the zong leaves emit.

6. Continue to add tapioca pearls to cover the jujubes.

10. Pour cold water into the pot and cook for half an hour, then simmer for 15 minutes.

11. The delicious crystal rice dumplings taste great and you can vaguely see the small dates inside.

When cooking mini crystal rice dumplings, pay attention to the seasoning. Don't add too much salt after adding soy sauce, otherwise it will affect the taste.
