Walnut dessert recipes

Walnut is a very common food in people's daily life. 1. Banana Walnut Muffins

1. Chop the ripe bananas and mash them into a paste;

2. Mix the whole egg and granulated sugar with a whisk, then add salad oil and mix well.

3. Add milk and stir well

4. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, then add banana puree and mix well;

5. Sift in the low flour and stir gently in irregular directions with a rubber spatula;

6. Fill the paper film 70% full and put some chopped walnuts on the surface;

7. After preheating the oven, bake at 180 degrees on the middle layer for 25-30 minutes.

2. Longan Brown Sugar Walnut Cake

Material

2 spoons of brown sugar, 3 spoons of water, 4 spoons of coix seed powder, 4 spoons of low-gluten flour, 2 spoons of milk powder, half a teaspoon of baking powder, some dried longan, some honey peach kernels, 1 egg

1. Add 2 spoons of brown sugar and 3 spoons of water and heat until the brown sugar is completely melted.

2. Put 4 spoons of coix seed powder, 4 spoons of low-gluten flour, 2 spoons of milk powder and half a teaspoon of baking powder into a large bowl and mix well with a spoon.

3. Add step (1) and 1 egg and mix well with a hand whisk; add appropriate amount of dried longan cut into small pieces and mix well with a spoon.

4. Pour the mixture from step (3) into the mold, shake it a few times to remove the bubbles, and top it with an appropriate amount of crushed honey peach kernels.

5. Heat the oven to 165 degrees for 18 minutes.

3. Walnut Raisin Pound Cake

Material

Butter (soft) 80g, condensed milk 150g, egg yolks 3, almond powder 40g, baking powder 1 teaspoon, low flour 80g, raisins soaked in wine 80g, walnuts a little, egg white 2

practice

1. Beat the butter and condensed milk until soft, add the egg yolks in batches and beat until soft. Pour in the sifted almond powder, low flour and baking powder and mix well.

2. Add raisins and chopped walnuts and mix well. Beat the egg whites with a whisk until the whisk stands up and the egg whites also stand up into hard foam.

3. Add the batter into the whipped egg whites and mix slowly until well combined. Pour into a long mold, scoop with a spoon or spatula, or use a piping bag, and then smooth with a spatula. Preheat the oven and bake at 160-170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
