1. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook until 70% done.

2. Add the vegetables and noodles and cook until done. Remove from the pan.

3. Prepare a clean bowl, add half a spoonful of salt and pour in a little broth or boiling water; put the ingredients into the bowl as shown in the picture, put in the duck pieces, and pour in the duck sauce. Here is how to make braised duck.

4. Peel and slice the young ginger and peel the garlic.

6. Add half a bowl of soy sauce and half a bowl of rice wine and stir-fry evenly; add hot water just enough to cover the duck meat, cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes; then add half a spoonful of salt and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

7. When the soup is properly thickened, you can serve it on a plate.
