How to make leaf dumplings

I believe that many people have never eaten leaf dumplings. This is mainly because everyone does not know how to make leaf dumplings, and does not know which leaves to use to make dumplings. Therefore, we suggest that everyone can learn about the method of making willow leaf dumplings. In fact, leaf dumplings have one more ingredient than other types of dumplings: leaf. The other cooking methods are the same, but the leaves must be willow buds.

The method of making willow leaf dumplings is as follows:

1. Materials

500g pork, 1 bowl of flour, 200g willow shoots, appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, MSG, onion, ginger, cooking wine, blending oil, and pepper powder.

2. Practice

1. Mix flour with water to make dough and set aside to let sugar rise.

2. Wash and mince the green onion and ginger.

3. Chop the pork into puree.

4. Add chopped green onion, ginger, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and MSG to the meat and stir clockwise.

5. Pour in appropriate amount of oil and stir well.

6. Wash and blanch the young willow buds, rinse with cold water and squeeze out the moisture.

7. Chop the willow buds.

8. Add into the meat filling and stir clockwise.

9. Knead the dough into long strips.

10. Piece into small pieces.

11. Flatten it and use a rolling pin to make dumpling skins.

12. Take a dumpling skin and put in appropriate amount of stuffing.

13. Fold in half and make into dumplings.

14. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add dumplings and boil over high heat.

15. Bring the pot to a boil again, pour in a small amount of cold water, and repeat 2 to 3 times.
