How to make pig dumplings

1. You can use ready-made black sesame filling. You can also dry-fry black sesame seeds in a pan. After they are fragrant, grind them into powder using a wall breakers or food processor, then add refined lard and sugar and mix well. Freeze it in the refrigerator. After it is frozen into a ball, take it out and roll it into balls for later use.

2. Add appropriate amount of warm boiled water to the glutinous rice flour. After it is formed into a ball, separate a small part and add red fruit powder. Or you can directly use 100 grams of glutinous rice flour and dragon juice to knead the dough.

3. Take a small piece of the kneaded dough, put it in boiling water, and knead the cooked dough and raw dough evenly. Same goes for white dough.

4. Roll the white dough into a ball, flatten it, put in sesame filling, and then close the top and roll it into a ball. Then use the pink dough to pinch out two ears and a nose, and use a toothpick to poke the pig's nostrils.

5. Do the same for the pink pig, and roll a thin strip at the back and bend it into a small tail.

6. Use black sesame seeds to make eyes and push them in with a toothpick. The little tail is cute too.

7. If you don’t eat it right after wrapping it, it will not deform when you take it out of the freezer.
