1. Put no oil in the wok, pour in the peanuts, and fry over low heat. Be diligent so that the peanuts are heated evenly.

2.1 The coconut sugar will melt as the temperature rises. Continue to stir-fry, remember to use low heat.

3.2 Touch the peanut kernels carefully with your hand. If they feel hot or the color of the peanuts is more yellow than when they were put into the pan, add coconut sugar and stir-fry quickly.
