How to make glutinous rice meatballs

1. Wash and soak glutinous rice overnight.

2.1 Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spice powder and oyster sauce to the minced meat and mix well.

3.2Cut the pork into small pieces, add onion and ginger, put into a food processor and blend well.

4. Drain the glutinous rice, knead the meat filling into meatballs of your preferred size, roll them in the drained glutinous rice to allow the meatballs to be evenly coated with the glutinous rice, adjust the shape to make it look better, place on a plate, and steam for 15 minutes.

5. After steaming, some soup will come out. Don't throw it away. Instead, use the soup. Put it into a wok and add some oyster sauce and steamed fish soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Add a little water starch to thicken and pour it on the meatballs. It's ready to eat!

This glutinous rice meatball dish may seem complicated, but if you put your heart into it, you can make it right in just a few tries. In addition, if you give yourself some special care every now and then, your mood will improve and you will naturally be healthier.
