How to make flower rolls (corn flavor)

A healthy body needs food to maintain. It is a pity if you get stomach problems because of carelessly dealing with three meals a day. In normal times, we might as well learn some simple dishes and easily make some nutritious dishes. Huajuan (corn flavor) is simple to make and is not difficult to learn. You can eat it often.

1. First dissolve the yeast and corn flour in warm water and stir evenly, then add in flour and sugar and stir evenly to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in warm water for 40 minutes.

2. Poke the center of the proofed dough with chopsticks. If it does not bounce back, it is done.

3. Knead the proofed dough with your hands for 20 minutes to burst the bubbles inside. Then divide it into small pieces of similar size, flatten it with a rolling pin, spread it with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fold it outwards.

4. Take two folded ones and put them together. Then use chopsticks to press a mark in the center. Then use your hands to twist them in opposite directions into a twist shape.

5. When making your own flower alleys, you don’t have to follow any standards. You can twist them however you like. Just do it according to your personal preferences.

6. Place the made steamed buns in a steamer and let them ferment for 20 minutes. Turn on the heat and steam for another 15 minutes. Finally simmer for 10 minutes and it’s done.

7. After steaming, open the lid and take the steamed buns out of the steaming cloth after cooling for two minutes.

8. Serve on a plate and enjoy the delicious corn-flavored steamed buns.

Eating out for a long time can easily pose a risk to your health, so it is safer to cook at home. Huajuan (corn flavor) is easy to make, so you might as well try making it yourself.
