6. Tear the meat into shreds with your hands, cut the carrots into shreds, and chop the coriander. Take an oil-free container, pour one-third of the pork skin juice into it, cool it until it solidifies, sprinkle a layer of shredded pork, shredded carrots, and chopped coriander, and then add a little juice; after it solidifies, add another layer of shredded pork, shredded carrots, and chopped coriander, pour in the remaining juice, and cool it until it solidifies

7. Chop the garlic, add soy sauce, sesame oil and red oil, mix well and you can eat it with the sauce
