How to make potato and pork dumplings

Potato and pork dumplings are a home-cooked dish suitable for people of all ages. The preparation of this dish is very simple and the ingredients are extremely nutritious. 1. Pour the flour into a bowl and beat in the eggs.

2. Add water little by little into the bowl, stir the flour into flocs, knead it into dough and let it rest for a while.

3. The pork can be chopped into minced meat or minced meat.

4. Cut the green onion and minced ginger and put them into the mixture in Figure 3. Then pour in dark soy sauce + Flavor Soy Sauce, a little five-spice powder + salt + chicken powder and stir evenly in a clockwise direction.

9. Take a dough and put the meat filling in it.

10. Pinch the middle of the dough tightly.

11. Use the base of your hands to pinch the edges of the dough tightly and the dumplings are ready.

12. Wrap the remaining dough and meat filling in turn. This is the amount for two people. The dough and meat filling should be just right without any leftover.

13. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dumplings in the boiling water, cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in a little cold water and wait for it to boil again. Pour in a little cold water each time the water boils. Pour in cold water three times and the dumplings will be cooked.

14. Take out the dumplings and eat them while they are hot.
