How to make crispy carrot cake

Crispy radish cake is a dish rich in nutritional value. It is easy to prepare, and the dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious. The taste is neither salty nor bland, just right. 1. Make the radish filling first. Prepare radish and garlic.

2. Chop the bacon or sausage into small cubes, soak the dried shrimp in water, cut the garlic diagonally, and chop the dried chili for later use.

3. Peel the radish and cut into shreds, or use a special tool to shred it.

4. Do not put oil in the pan. Pour the shredded radish into the pan and stir-fry until the moisture in the radish is dried.

5. After frying, pour out the water carefully to shorten the frying time.

6. Remove the shredded radish from the frying pan and set aside (one third of the radish will be reduced after frying).

7. Add oil B to the pan, add bacon, dried shrimps and garlic roots and stir-fry for a while.

11. Knead until the surface is smooth.

12. Take a small piece of dough, divide it into four portions, and roll it into the size of dumpling skins, making sure it is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

13. Wrap the filling into the dough like making dumplings, pinch and flatten it.

14. Use a rolling pin to carefully roll it into a round shape.

15. Add appropriate amount of oil to the hot pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. The filling is cooked and the dough is fried.
