How to make vegetarian wontons

After seeing a recipe you like, do you also want to make a vegetarian wonton? This is a food that can make you healthy, beautiful, and never get greasy. It has a fragrant taste and a little bit of spiciness, which gives people a very stimulating feeling and can also attract your taste buds. Fry it in a frying pan until it turns golden.

1. Put flour and water in a bowl and stir until it becomes floc-like. Then knead it into dough and let it rest for a while.

2. Soak the black fungus in advance, chop it into pieces, and then cut some ginger into powder.

3. Pour oil into the wok, add the duck eggs when the oil is hot and fry quickly. Use chopsticks to break them up and let them cool naturally.

4. Pick the chives, wash them and chop them.

5. Put the chopped black fungus and minced ginger in Figure 3 and Figure 2 into the container in Figure 4.

6. Put appropriate amount of Vegetarian soy sauce and five-spice powder into the container in Figure 5, then pour in a little peanut oil and mix well. Do not add salt for the time being.

7. Place the working surface in place, take out the dough and knead it again. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a large, thinner dough sheet. Cut off the corners around it and trim it into a square shape so that it is easier to cut into wonton skins.

8. Cut the trimmed dough into 4-5 cm cubes.

9. At this time, put salt in the bowl in Figure 6 and stir evenly (I forgot to take a photo), take a dough, put the filling in it, then fold the dough in half and pinch the edges (as shown in the picture).

10. Then circle the two sides of the unpinched edges inward and pinch them to close the opening.

11. Wrap all the wonton skins and fillings one by one.

12. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put in the wontons and cook until done. Remove from the pot and cook for about 3 minutes after the water boils.

13. Take out the wontons and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with coriander and dried shrimps.

14. Pour a little vinegar and Vegetarian soy sauce into the mixture in Figure 13, and then add a few drops of sesame oil.

15. Pour the wonton soup into the bowl shown in Figure 14.
